WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. REGISTER YOUR PURCHASE

Users are invited to register their purchase in the section "Registro de Compra", This registration is not mandatory but will help speed up the warranty application process if your product has any issues.

 

  2. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS                

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and will not be recognized as such:

  1. Products that present defects due to improper installation.
  2. Products that have been installed in vehicles that do not appear in the product label description, in our digital application catalog, or validated by our officials.
  3. Products that present alterations in their components
  4. Products used in conditions other than those indicated in their characteristics.

The warranty can only be enforced by the original purchaser of the product. To enforce the warranty, it may be necessary for an authorized representative of the manufacturer to analyze the part to determine the source of the failure.

 

3. WARRANTY

  1. Spark plug wires :  Series OEM: 2 years, Series GASLINE: 3 years. Serie RACING: 5 years.
  2. Gasoline Pumps:  Fuel pump assemblies: 2 years. Floating gasoline pumps: 6 meses. Gasoline Pumps Carbo Fusion: 6 months
  3. Ignition Coils : Series OEM 12 months​, COPPER LITO-TECH  18 months.​

4. REQUIREMENTS FOR WARRANTY CLAIM


  • Original packaging (Case or Bag)
  • Legible product label
  • Tax invoice for the product purchase showing the purchase date. Or, failing that, a receipt showing the purchase date.
  • Product serial number and packaging must match

5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

VENEZUELA: The store or retailer may handle a first claim if it considers that the product meets the parameters set out above and is authorized to make the first replacement when the fault has occurred before 72 hours after the sale has been made. In other cases, the user must contact the factory directly by phone:

WARRANTY ON GASOLINE PUMPS -  Heavy Duty Carbo Fusion  

By making use of this warranty, you agree and undertake to comply with the following terms:

**Warranty ** : This warranty covers manufacturing defects and fuel pump malfunctions for the period established according to the product type. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or the use of contaminated gasoline.

**Gasolina Contaminada** : El cliente es responsable de asegurarse que la bomba de gasolina se utilice exclusivamente con gasolina de calidad, sin exceso de sedimentos, agua u otros elementos contaminantes que puedan corroerla u obstruirla. La presencia de estos elementos puede anular la garantía.


Limitation of Liability

Upon receipt of the claim, we reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the fuel pump to determine warranty eligibility. If the fuel pump is found to be eligible for warranty, we will proceed with repair or replacement, at our discretion.

RACE AG C.A.'s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We will not be liable for installation, consequential, or incidental damages

Modifications to the Warranty

We reserve the right to make changes to these warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using this warranty, the customer acknowledges having read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them. The warranty offered by RACE AG, C.A. is in addition to the customer's statutory rights under applicable law and does not affect those rights.
