  2. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to:

  • Products with defects resulting from improper installation.

  • Products installed on vehicles not listed in the applications table.

  • Products whose components have been altered or modified.

  • Products used under conditions other than those specified in their technical characteristics.

The warranty may only be enforced by the original purchaser. To validate any claim, an authorized representative of the manufacturer may need to inspect the part to determine the source of failure.

The original tax invoice indicating the date of purchase. If that cannot be provided, a receipt reflecting the purchase date will suffice.

5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

WARRANTY ON GASOLINE PUMPS -  Heavy Duty Carbo Fusion  

By making use of this warranty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage: 
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects and fuel-pump malfunctions for the period specified by product type. It does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or the use of contaminated fuel.

Contaminated Fuel:
The purchaser is responsible for using only clean, high-quality fuel—free from excessive sediment, water, or other contaminants that could corrode, clog, or otherwise impair the pump. Any damage caused by contaminated fuel will void this warranty.


Limitation of Liability

Upon receipt of the claim, we reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the fuel pump to determine warranty eligibility. If the fuel pump is found to be eligible for warranty, we will proceed with repair or replacement, at our discretion.

RACE AG C.A.'s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We will not be liable for installation, consequential, or incidental damages

Modifications to the Warranty

We reserve the right to make changes to these warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using this warranty, the customer acknowledges having read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them. The warranty offered by RACE AG, C.A. is in addition to the customer's statutory rights under applicable law and does not affect those rights.
