The Extended Warranty increases Yukkazo’s standard warranty period and exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It begins automatically when the standard warranty expires.
No, the PGE Card cannot be purchased on its own. It is MANDATORY to buy it alongside a YUKKAZO spare part.
Your card costs $5 USD (at the official exchange rate published by the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) + VAT) and includes TWO FULLY SEPARATE BENEFITS:
BENEFIT 1 ──> Register the EXTENDED WARRANTY for your Yukkazo spare part. (Use the COD code printed on the FRONT).
BENEFIT 2 ──> Redeem 1 YUKKCOIN ($1 USD Gift) for 1 MOTO TICKET. (Use the HIDDEN CODE revealed by SCRATCHING THE BACK).
No, it must be on the same day and at the same store. The date on the PGE card purchase receipt (invoice) issued by the store must match the date on the YUKKAZO product purchase receipt.
Without the card, it is not possible to activate the Extended Warranty, since the printed code is unique and cannot be recovered. You must register your purchase and the PGE card serial number within 30 days. To register, visit the following link: https://www.yukkazo.com/registro-de-compra.
Yukkcoins are Yukkazo’s loyalty currency. You earn Yukkcoins with every registered PGE card and can redeem them in the official boutique for exclusive brand merchandise.
The store or retailer may handle an initial claim if it determines the product meets the specified criteria and is authorized by the YUKKAZO Warranty Support Unit to make the initial replacement, provided the fault occurs within 72 hours of purchase. The Product Code is printed on the spare part’s packaging label. It usually starts with 11AY, 12AY, or 13AY (e.g., 11AY031006N).
Yes, it's essential. Without the original packaging, we won't be able to process your claim, even if the defect falls within the coverage period. Keep it with your receipt.

To process your claim, you must provide:
• The original product packaging in good condition.
• A legible product label.
• The original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
• Matching serial numbers on the product and the packaging.
